Mail, not a membership
Writing to that address is the only way this site takes a message. There is no member account and no form that keeps the text on a server. If you include them, we see your name, email address, phone number, and the message. Skip identity-document numbers and payment-card numbers.
Fonts loaded from Google
Each page asks fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com for Petrona and Schibsted Grotesk. Google can see the IP address and the page URL on that request. We do not get a copy of Google's font log, and we do not add an analytics script or an advertising cookie.
Host record
The company that serves the files may keep a plain access line: IP address, browser type, time, and path. Those lines are not used here to assemble an advertising profile.
How long mail stays
Mail is kept so we can answer and so a company fact can be checked. When the thread is finished, you may ask, from the same address, that we delete what remains. A backup copy, or a copy held because a statute requires it, is deleted when that reason ends.
Other readers
We do not sell personal information. Delivery involves the host and the email provider. If a statute requires a disclosure, we make that disclosure.
Not for children
This website is not directed to children under 13. Do not send us a child's personal information.
Which law
The office is in Mississippi. Mail may be read in the United States. The laws of the State of Mississippi apply to this notice, and we do not apply conflict rules that would send the question to another jurisdiction.
