These are checks you can use while writing. They are not project reports and they are not dated news.
Describe a bay without guessing the height
Write which wall the bay is on, then its use, then only the clearance you measured. If you did not measure it, write “not provided” rather than estimating a round number.
Three lines on a label plate
Line one is the finding name. Line two is what should be on the bay. Line three is the date of the note. All three come from the sender’s description.
What a hold note does not prove
It does not prove that an object was deposited, that this company holds it, or that a storage contract exists. A place and a period that were not written stay unwritten.
